Education: BA, University of Pittsburgh (1967); JD, Pittsburgh School of Law (1970); United States Marine Corps (1971-74, Major).  Admitted to California Bar in 1973 (PA in 1970, DC in 1972).

Work:  Partner with Thorsnes Bartolotta McGuire since 1978; plaintiff attorney with emphasis in personal injury, business, condemnation/eminent domain and products defects.
