Work:  McAdam & Neil (1970-1972), Present firm from December 1972 to present: originally Holt, Rhoades & Hollywood.  Later, Rhoades & Hollywood, then Rhoades, Hollywood & Neil, then Hollywood & Neil and then Neil, Dymott.

Bar/other:  Sworn into ABOTA November 19, 1977, President, 2000; SDCBA Board Member 1999; American College of Trial Lawyers; Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel; Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (Past President, 1988); Brigadier General in the USMC Reserve, called back to active duty in June of 1990 to become Commanding General of Camp Pendleton for nine months; Vice Chair of the Site Selection Committee on the Mayor’s Task Force to select a new baseball stadium site; Chair of the San Diego County Regional Security Commission; President of the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick (1985-1986); Listed in Best Lawyers in American for the past twelve years; Listed by San Diego Magazine in the Best Lawyers in San Diego feature (2001); Featured in the California Lawyer magazine in 1996.
