Summary

Learning Objectives:

You rely on mediations to resolve your cases, but you may need to brush up on the ethical rules that govern the mediation process.  This presentation covers those rules and provides entertaining hypotheticals showing the ethical dilemmas that can arise.  We will also discuss topics such as tips for preparing for a mediation, how to best use “smoking gun” evidence, what “good faith” participation looks like, and what evidence will be covered by the mediation privilege.
