Summary

The panelists will discuss their experiences in navigating and succeeding to prominent positions within their companies that are in the construction industry and/or focus on construction. The panelists will be asked and will discuss issues they have been presented with as a women in a male dominated industry, such as gender biases, the pay gap, and work/ life balance.
