Summary

Judge Mangione offers his tips for attorneys on how to effectively prepare for and execute a Family Law trial, starting with preparation that begins as soon as you receive the case. This program focuses on guiding attorneys through the best practices, which include propounding discovery with an eye towards trial, even in the early stages of the matter. Judge Mangione will also walk through the most effective ways to prepare your witnesses and conduct cross-examination of third party and opposing party witnesses. He will provide a roadmap on anticipating evidentiary issues that may come up over the course of the litigation, while stressing the importance of a concise presentation of the evidence and what the Court looks for in a trial binder. You will not want to miss this full-scope dive into the evolution of a trial from beginning to end.
