The program will provide an explanation and overview of the $1.9 Trillion American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) signed into law on March 11, 2021, representing the fifth Covid-19 pandemic stimulus package. The law modified provisions in previous bills including The Consolidated Appropriations Act.
