Buying or selling a business is emotional. Buying a business from or selling a business to a business partner with whom you are having serious conflict is even more emotional. The transaction is no longer about “business,” but rather, it becomes about righting perceived past wrongs. As an attorney or advisor, how do you support your clients through this emotional minefield so that they can act in their best self-interest? Business therapist Michel Zelnick will describe some of the approaches you might take to get your clients “back to business.”
