Our panelists will discuss the recent revisions made by the California Association of Realtors to its template residential purchase agreement that is used for most residential real estate purchases in the State of California. The presentation will include why the revisions were made, common pitfalls by real estate professionals using the new and old forms, and some of the future revisions that may be made by CAR soon.
