Summary

Produced by Business & Corporate Law Section of the San Diego County Bar Association

Join us for an informative discussion on how to avoid potential labor and employment pitfalls in the transactional setting. Many labor and employment issues that regularly present in a merger/acquisition go unaddressed until the last minute, sometimes jeopardizing the success of the transaction itself or creating significant challenges. And, those that choose to ignore labor and employment issues during the transaction can easily find themselves ensnared in post-transaction employment litigation that hobbles both the seller and the buyer and presents risks to both of significant exposure to liability.
