Our diverse panel will include a senior consultant and investigator, an employment law consultant, a partner of a local law firm specializing in employment claims, and a senior associate of a labor and employment practice group.  Our panelists have vast experience conducting and managing workplace investigations for public and private sector employees and will discuss how these investigations ultimately play into matters that go into litigation.
