How will last year's significant law decisions impact policyholders and insurers? Hear from a panel of attorneys well-versed in insurance law who will review the most notable and consequential cases decided in 2023 and discuss how these cases could impact insurance coverage during the coming year and beyond. Among other doctrines and legal issues, the decisions discussed will touch upon the Duty to Defend, Policy Exclusions, Coverage Grants, Subrogation, and Insurance Bad Faith.
