Clean water is vital to the well-being of the San Diego region's citizens and ecological communities. Join Coastkeeper's Senior Attorney, Patrick McDonough, as he provides an overview of federal and state water pollution laws, such as the Clean Water Act and the Porter-Cologne Act. This program will also cover relevant case law and Coastkeeper's local enforcement efforts.
