About the Section
The Criminal Law Section’s statement of purpose is to connect criminal justice lawyers and ensure a commitment to equal justice under the law. It is intended that all committee members, including prosecutors and defense lawyers, come together to promote civility, advance criminal legal education, and work to ensure equal access to justice for all.
