2. Do you have $1,500 at this time to hire an attorney? Yes No

I'm sorry you do not qualify for the program. All attorneys require that you have a $1500 retainer. You must pay this upfront before they can start your case.

3. Is the family law issue in San Diego County? Yes No

I'm sorry you do not qualify for the program. All cases must be in the San Diego County.

4. Do you own a home or any other real estate? Yes No

5. Is the value/equity of the property/properties over $30,000? Yes No

I'm sorry but you do not qualify for the program. The requirements for the program is that equity in the property must be below $30,000.
